How do I become a member?

Visit our Membership page, choose the type of membership, and create your account.

What types of memberships are offered and what is included in the memberships?

Pivot Educational Services offers two levels of membership: Pivot Prime and Pivot Prime Plus. Visit our Membership page for more details.

Do I have to be a member to have access to Pivot’s eLearning products?

No, you do not have to be a member to gain access to eLearning products and informational videos. However, there is a fee for non-members to gain access to Pivot’s learning resources.

Becoming a Pivot member has its benefits since it allows you access to unlimited resources.

​

If I am a monthly Pivot Prime member, can I upgrade to a monthly or yearly Pivot Prime Plus membership?

Yes, you can upgrade from a Pivot Prime to a Pivot Prime Plus membership.

​

If you are currently a monthly Prime member ($19.99), your new Prime Plus monthly ($39.99) or annual ($399.99) fee will be automatically prorated based on the use of your $19.99 monthly Prime membership for the month you upgrade. Previous membership payments will not be considered.

Can I downgrade my membership?

 

No, we do not offer the option to downgrade your membership. However, you can cancel your current membership at any time and signup for the membership you prefer.

How can I cancel my membership?

 

You can cancel your membership at any time. Login to your membership account and click cancel membership.

​

 

Do I receive a refund if I cancel my membership?

 

Refunds are not given for monthly membership. You can cancel your membership for the following month. For yearly membership, refunds will be prorated based on the number of full months left on your membership.

What services do Pivot Educational Services offer?

Pivot Educational Services offer learning resources, such as e-learning products, newsletters, podcasts, pre-recorded live webinars, access to consultants, and attorneys.

How do I consult with one of your experts?

 

If you are new to Pivot, click on the Contact Us link. You will be directed to a form, please fill out the required contact information and submit it. Once submitted, you will be contacted by a Pivot Representative (the information you provide will only be used to contact you per your request and provide the consultant that best fits your needs). 

​

If you are already a Pivot member, your membership includes monthly access to consultants. The type of membership purchased determines the level of access to consultants. On your membership page, you can book a consultation.

​

Should you want to work exclusively with our consultants on extended projects, we charge an affordable fee to help you or your small business/venture pivot.

​

How do I contact Pivot Educational Services?


You can contact us by going to the Contact Us link on our website. There are three ways to contact Pivot. You can send us a message, call us, or email us. If you send a message using the form on the site or send us an email, a Pivot representative will respond within 24 hours.

How do I submit a Pivot story?


You can submit your Pivot story by filling out a brief form on our Podcast page.

Do I have to pay to gain access to your podcast topics?


No, you do not have to pay to gain access to the Pivotal podcast.

How often will PIVOTAL News be published?

 

The newsletter will be published once per quarter, i.e., every three months.

How do I access Pivot merchandise?

What is your refund policy?

​

Our merchandise is produced on demand just for you, so we do not accept returns unless there is a defect. We work with our manufacturers to ensure your merchandise is produced with the highest quality. If there is a defect, within 30 days of purchase please email us a picture and a message stating the defect at info@pivoteducationalservices.com. In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, and proof of purchase or receipt is required. If your return is accepted, we will contact you with the address where you can return the merchandise.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Refunds are based on your payment method. Please note that processing times for a refund to be credited to your credit or bank account varies depending on the policy of the institution you use.
