Building on the first module, this advanced course focuses on drafting: ● Sources of law ● Briefing a case ● Motions Practice ● Types of motion ● Drafting a motion Participants will also practice oral advocacy through a mock argument exercise. Discussions reinforce the IRAC method, with a deeper dive into legal analysis and document preparation. Both courses are designed to enhance essential legal writing and research skills for law students and legal professionals.
